Join Our Trades

Truspace has secured a Certificate of Recognition as recognized by ACSA (Alberta Construction Safety Association) and the Government of Alberta for achieving a high level of Health and Safety in the workplace.

Truspace often carries out projects that require us to be the Prime Contractor on jobsites for our clients, which means that Truspace will assume overall responsibility for all workers on the jobsite, which always involves Sub-Trades. This does not take away any of your own legal responsibilities whatsoever but does mean that we require all workers and Sub-Trades on our jobsites to fully accept, agree with, and comply with all Truspace Health and Safety policies, practices, and procedures. Truspace has a zero tolerance policy for trades workers or other staff on our job sites that do not comply with our site safety rules and policies.

Our Health and Safety Policy goal is Zero Incidents.
We expect that to be yours! Safety is everyone’s job.

Until we receive this document from your company with the minimum attachments we require and this entire document signed off by senior management, your company will not be an approved vendor to Truspace. Once completed and returned, your company accepts full responsibility to comply with the Truspace Health and Safety Program at all times.

  • We require you upload a copy of your workers compensation account in good standing when submitting this form.
  • We require you upload a copy of your current liability insurance policy when submitting this form.

  • Insurance - The Sub Contractor / Trade agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Truspace and Spaces Inc., its employees and its agents from any and all claims, demands, actions and costs whatsoever that may arise, directly or indirectly out of any act or omission of the respondent, its employees or agents in the performance of the work being carried out or contracted. Such indemnification will survive the completion of the work.
